Ordering & Shipping
Why does it take longer to get my order?
We make things to order instead of sitting on piles of inventory we might never sell. Preorders ship within 14 days. If an item is in stock, it ships within 48 hours.
How long until my order ships?
Preorders: 14 days. In stock items: within 48 hours. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking confirmation by email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the US.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order any time before it ships. Preorders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Check our size chart on each product page before ordering. Fit varies a bit between our tanks, tees, and totes.
What if my size doesn't fit when it arrives?
See our return policy below. As long as the item is unworn with tags still attached, we'll accept a return.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. As long as it's unworn and the tags are still attached, we accept returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Materials & Quality
What are your shirts made of?
Mostly 100% cotton, with a few blends depending on the style, always listed on the product page.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our garments don't use animal products.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes. Our prints are OEKO-TEX® certified, and our garments come from WRAP audited factories.
Why do your prices seem high?
It comes down to quality and ethics. We use better materials and work with ethically audited manufacturers, and that costs more than mass produced, fast fashion pricing.
Cleanup Club & Giving Back
What is Cleanup Club?
A portion of every purchase, $1 per item, goes directly toward funding local cleanups here in the Quad Cities.
Where does the money actually go?
Straight to organizing and supplying community cleanup events, no middlemen.
Can I get involved in person?
Yes. We're always looking for people to join a cleanup.
About the Brand
Who's Larry?
Larry's our little chick mascot, showing up on every tag and popping in wherever he pleases. He's the face of the Club, born the same day this brand was, and just as rooted here as we are. Keep an eye out, he shows up a little differently depending on what he's up to.
Where are you based?
Right here in the Quad Cities, in the Midwest, where farming isn't just scenery.
